    Cargo Cover

I just posted a review of (in my opinion) the best non-OEM one out there: Link Hope this helps!

Preferred dealer installed options 2019 CX-5 GT T

I just posted a review of one here: Click I believe this is a better option because out of all the aftermarket ones out there, this one resembles the OEM most closely. And no ghetto ties for the head rests!

2017~2025 Cargo cover (Tonneau cover) review

For anyone looking for a non OEM cargo cover, I just got this one. It's the closest you'll get to the OEM without paying the OEM price. I'm happy with it. The difference between this one and the others is that much like the OEM one, this has the flaps in the front to hide the space between the...

2017 on - floppy seat cover fix.

I also would love to get my hands on that TSB number. I've noticed very early on that there is an issue with the seats.

2017~2025 Rear hatch opening by itself?

I haven't read this thread for some time (been traveling quite a bit), and it's a little comforting to see that others are experiencing this as well (sorry all "others") and I'm not imagining things. Again, I am absolutely, without any doubt whatsoever sure that I did not trigger the button...

    Oil Change Warning (2017 CX-5)

Same thing happening here. I've just done my oil change, have about 6000km to go prior to the next one and the damn warning is on every time I turn on the car. Looks like a trip to Mazda...again.

2017~2025 Rear hatch opening by itself?

Thanks for the replies guys. I still maintain that there was no way that I could've triggered this. The key fob never went inside my pocket. Upon locking the car, he was left dangling off my finger by its key ring. There is virtually NO chance that another key on my keychain would press against...

2017~2025 Rear hatch opening by itself?

As I stated in my post, the entire time, the key fob was dangling off my finger by its attached ring. It never went near my pocket. It was dangling off my index finger while I picked up some pop and bread. There is no way that I could've touched and kept that button pressed in any way shape or form.

2017~2025 Rear hatch opening by itself?

This is very concerning. I drive a 2017 (GT w/Tech) while my brother drives a 2018 (GT w/Tech as well). One time he complained that when he went down to his driveway in the morning, he was surprised to find the rear hatch open. I dismissed him and didn't think much of it. A few months later he...

    2017~2025 Aftermarket TPMS Sensors available

Hey guys, not sure if this has been posted before but for those with custom rims or anyone looking for a second set of TPMS sensors, I'm posting a link to TireRack where you can get them for a very good price @$44.00 each. I can confirm they work with a 2017 CX5 because I put them on my 20"...

    CX5 Turbo confirmed!

Ha! I assume they had some internal meeting this morning where they were told about this and he texted me immediately. I told him that I would be interested in an upgrade when the turbos come in. I have no reason to disbelieve him.

    CX5 Turbo confirmed!

So I just got a text message from my Mazda salesman whom I asked a few months ago to let me know if the Turbo is coming. I always felt that the car would require more power and was never quite satisfied with the 187 ponies it comes with. I just received a message that the 2019 will indeed offer...

    2017~2025 Possible lemon?

Well, maybe I exaggerated when I used the work Grandma. But I did drive it very gently when it was still new. I have changed the habit since, but still, it's not what I would like. My brother also doesn't beat on his car. It just feels like a totally different vehicle.

    2017~2025 Possible lemon?

Yes, proving it to be a "lemon" would be nearly impossible, not to mention time consuming. I used the word for obvious reasons. In fact, I think walking into a dealership and screaming that they sold me a "lemon" would probably do more bad than good :) I will go visit the service dept and ask...

    2017~2025 Possible lemon?

Not comical at all. As stated in my OP, I also frequently experience issues with my infotainment as well as pretty bad fitment issues. The car seems to have been rushed through production or QC.

    2017~2025 Possible lemon?

Definitely not in Sport Mode. I would notice that. It's just more responsive and always in the correct gear.

    2017~2025 Possible lemon?

IF that's the case then it's a bummer because the difference is big. If my car drove like the 2018, I wouldn't be anticipating the release of the Turbo.

    2017~2025 Possible lemon?

I went to Mazda and they reset the ECU for me...not sure how they did that. They did it under warranty too. But I don't see any change.

I was afraid of this. I hope that's not true..
