Mazda's reliability and its resale value has gotten much better, and still continues to advance. Other areas still need much improvement such as the dealer network, and brand recognition advertising.
In my opinion the G91A would work, and would do ok in the snow...however, that being said, other tires will do much better.
When you say 70% tread remaining, are you talking about the amount measured at the wear bars located at the arrow marks on the sidewall? Or is that 70% of tread remaining...
Sway bar bushings are my suggestion. However, the sway bar bushings are like the end links, They cannot be properly inspected until the sway bar and end links are separated from each other. The end links on average last 2x longer than the sway bushings.

Yep, I always use my paddles in the CX-5 for downshifting for engine braking, or banging down a few gears before the corner. (wrc)

Instead of messing with the camera, what I decided to do, was to buy some high output LED REVERSE Light Bulbs. The wife and I have been very happy with the better lighting for viewing the reverse cam at night. Water droplets are another issue...
I am unsure what year or model you have, but it will be listed in the recommended maintenance schedule in your owners manual. It also varies depending on your country, and your service duty, whether it is SEVERE or Normal.
I like your list, and agree with your ATF feelings. If it were mine, I would postpone ATF.
For the Transfer/Rear Diff, I would use the FACTORY fluid for your drain and refill.
Use the NGK plugs that match the OEM NGK's.
I would run a good quality fuel injector cleaner for 2 tanks in a row...
What is nice, is that you do not have to put it into manual mode in order to use the paddles.
Any action by the paddles, takes the transmission out of AUTO and places it into the MANUAL mode.

I love my paddles, and so does the wife!
...and not just the wheels! The TPMS sensors do not like moisture either, and any exposed steel belts or wires on interior of tire will rust and spread into tire belts.
