yes they can.....actually people fit 19s on spec v's (dont know width) with a mild drop...it looks gay but they can tuck some huge as s*** in its wheel weels. my 15x6's were just just the cheapest and lightest wheel i could find...i woulda love to go 6.5 or 7 but couldnt find anything without...
