So then that Kicker would produce about 420 watts to the sub? I got the amp pricematched down to $260 from Cardomain and its $220 at ikesound refurbished. I think the Kicker is going to be the amp right now.

Alright so let me get this straight. When I read this: RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 70W x 2 + 210W x 1 The 4 ohms is not the dual voice coil version? And when I read that I should double the one channel's power rating since the dual 4 ohm sub can be wired to 2 ohms, thus increasing the power? Thanks.

The sub is 4 ohms... By decent, I want to at least be able to feel the "thumping" (for lack of a better word) of the sub at a somewhat high power range...

Well I am trying to get as much out of my sub as possible (since I wasnt impressed at all with my friends's 250 watts going into his type r), so wont I need to get to 500 watts for it to be decent?

The kicker only produces 210 watts to the sub, dont we want around 500 watts?
