Of course I've still got my handle floating around seeing as I've got an 03.5 that had a factory spare sub that I pulled along with all of the nice organizational mounting stuff... As far as access, for now I've yet to do it, but I always carry a pocketknife with me, and if it comes down to it, I've got little problem cutting my stock floor covering right along the rightside "flap" seam that's more or less along the edge of that "shelf" back there that the muffler sits underneath.
Poseur said:it's in and functional, just not finished. I'm really pondering building something similar, but with a slot-port that runs under the carpet. Kind of a pain, but it could be fun. Anyway, so it's still just bare f/g. been riding alot more lately, though so the effort to either make a new one, or get this one pretty isn't happening at the moment. I wa salso sort of stress-testing my box. eventhough I've got plenty of layers, I was worrid that 1100w to my eD12a might blow it apart anyway. But with about a week on it, it's sounding fine and seemingly functional.
