Took a fairly long drive on Sunday wth my girlfriend (about 300 miles), and took plenty of photos along the way. All photos were resized to 900x600, about 150-200K each.

The photos are all attachments, here's descriptions of each one (in order)

HAWK'S NEST: A 1/2 mile long road near the NY/NJ/PA border with a mountain on one side, and a cliff and river on the other. Awesome twisties, THE best around.

2 The road

5. Delaware River

Next, we drove south to the Delaware Water Gap in northwestern NJ. A few miles of the roads are unmaintained (ie unplowed) so I really got to see how my winter tires perform. Drove to Buttermilk Falls, one of the best waterfalls in the area. Most of the falls was frozen over, so full-length shots were out of the question. Some water was flowing near the bottom though.

9 A pic of the kind of roads I had to drive on to get through the park. Yes, several miles of about a 10 foot wide patch of solid ice with hills and curves. Fun!

Continued!

man that road looks fun...you took it about 70+mph didnt ya?? If a normal car has to maintain 25mph....the MSP should've run it about 70+!

coz u know in my country we have a very similar sightseeing place with that kinda thing and its all calcium residue from spring water

Yes it's a great place to drive through. In the warmer months on the weekends there's usually dozens of people with sportbikes flying back and forth along it...they all congregate on one or two of the pull-offs along the road. The last time I was there there was some crazy stuff going on...wheelies, burnouts, the whole nine yards. Well at least until the cops showed up lol.
