2016~2023 Replacing CX-9 shark fin antenna - headliner removal?

Need some advice - wife had a garage door accident, and now I need to replace the shark fin antenna (which I already purchased). There’s also a very small dent in the roof that I think I can also take care of myself (stealership quoted $700 for everything). What I need help with is removing the rear portion of the headliner - I don’t see any clips or anything. I actually don’t need to completely remove it, just pull it down to get access to the nut securing the antenna. How do I do that? Thanks.

You can find how to remove the shark fin antenna in the manual here: check the Mazda CX-9 (TC) link. It is for the Australian version but it should be similar for that portion of the work.
