2021 CX-9 GT with power seats and 2 position driver memory.
Every time I unlock and start the car, the driver’s seat height inches up a bit. It’s only the height adjustment. By the 3rd or 4th time, the height is high enough that’s it’s annoying and I have to lower the seat. If I tap the seat memory button, nothing happens because it’s in sync with the new higher position. If I lower the seat and tap the memory button, it will raise to the incorrect height. To correct this, I have to reprogram the memory buttons and the key fob. But then it creeps out of alignment again.
I think it might be a seat position sensor issue. Is there a system reset that can be done?
How can I UNpair the key fob from the car? I can’t find that in the manual. If I can at least unpair it, it hopefully will stop the seat from adjusting every time the car is started.
