yrwei52 has been gone since March. Does anyone know why he stopped posting here?
Life happens. Wish him the best whatever the reason.Has he also stopped posting on any other platforms, like in FB groups or other forums besides this one? Hope everything's ok with him.
edit: @yrwei52
Admins have access to the email addresses we used for forum registration. Not sure if the Mods do as well, @sm1ke? Might be another way to let him know his absence is noticed.
No, I won't. See my previous post.Maybe he traded his CX-5 for a non-Mazda.
I'm doing fine and thanks for asking everybody.
As for my 2016 CX-5 GT AWD, it has no cylinder deactivation, no turbo, no CVT. I plan to keep it for as long as I can, like my old faithful 1998 Honda CR-V!

Same with my '20, CD notwithstanding. I hope to be in the 99+% who don't experience major engine problems.+1... keeping my '15 too..... for as long as possible
Threads like this really speak to quality of the people on this forum. I don’t know if it’s the Mazda brand that appeals to a certain type of person, but I’ve never encountered a group like this in other automotive forums.
