This past weekend when I was going to get in my car I noticed there was a small dent on my front bumper 2016 white CX-5.😞 Can this be home fixed or should I take it to pros?

Depends on how bad it is and how deep it is. Pictures would help. It's also dependent on what level of perfection you are seeking for the repair. If good is good enough then attempt it yourself, if it has to be 100% with no hint of where the damage was I'd say take it to a shop.

You could always try to repair yourself and if you don't like the results then take it in, you'd just be out your own labor.

I am interested in what you do to fix this as I received a much bigger dent in my front bumper while shopping at Staples.

That's really the reason I posted. I was hoping someone would tell me it could be done, someone could share a solution. :-(

I will send redline later, first pic a little to the right of center; second pic a little down of center.

You could try the hot water trick and push from the back side like in the video. A hairdryer or heat gun may work as well just be sure not to get the paint to hot that it bubbles. Another trick you could use is to use a hot glue gun and homemade slide hammer. Get a piece of dowel that will fit inside some larger 1/2" sockets. Use the sockets as the slide hammer, tape two together. In one end of the dowel screw a large fender washer to the end to act as the stop. Using the hot glue, glue the end of the dowel to the bumper and then slide the socket hammer into the washer end to pop the dent out. You will likely have to do that several times. I used that method to get dents out of my motorcycle tank.
