Thanks To My Wife Having A 2012 Mazda5 GT With Every Option, I Just Had To Have 1 Soooo-----

I Traded In My 2007 Mazda3 Hatch And Picked Up A 2012 Mazda5 Sport With The 6-Speed Manual Trans, The Mazda5 Comes Alive With The Manual Trans But Not As Smooth As The Automatic!

I Decided To Go With The Only Color They Could Get Whitch Was Silver With Black Cloth Interior!!

Two Mazda5s in one family? Any reason you didn't get a new Mazdaspeed 3 instead of the 5?

I did test drive the speed3 and wasn't really impressed with it and figured I would just turbo the 5 since mazda won't make a turbo 5! I'll post some pics tomorrow!

There's been attempts before to turbo the 5 by swapping in the speed3 engine. Let's just say it was...eventful.

a turbo Mazda5 would be nice! tripoint engineering makes a kit for the mazda3 that should fit the 5 with minimal issues.

Yeah i would go with Tri-Points turbo kit since they make it for the 2.5 engine!

What kind of performance gains are you seeing with the Corksport intake? How about mpg? Any improvements?

As far as performance gains, there is more top-end power (throws you back in the seat) and a nice sound from the engine!
No engine lights or heat soak! I am seeing 2-3 mpg increase if you can stay off the gas, which is hard to do because it sounds good!
