You need to change the post setup in your personal settings, I have it on 40 posts per page, you can do 5, 10, 20,30, 40 or 100 posts a page. Go to My Settings near the top right, and click on General Settings on the left somewhere and you can change it from there.

Thats the 2 I have done so far, still working on them when I get time.
