msp help

ok heres the deal.. my name is dom and im a tech apprentice at chevy. ive owned muscle cars most of my time on earth so far(21yrs haha) but for certain reasons i was forced to give em up. i just recently bought an msp 2003 from a guy who apparently knew what he was doing! im going to give yall a list of things wrong with it and some mods i think might be too much at this point in time. i need as much info and suggestions as possible. thx

10psi(no turbo timer) stock is around 6 if im right..
unkown boost controller(joep i think)
626 intake
3" catless exhaust
ground control coils w/ disconnected sway bar
NO INTERNALS
jdm sport( UNIVERSAL FMIC!)
2 gauges; boost and air fuel ratio( which wacks out sometimes)
car rattles whenever im on the throttle in a gear..
fuel cut like crazy
boost leak( could be from mbc or fmic being universal.. )

I am oblivious to this cars stolet me know what i need to make this thing run better and any suggestions on fixes

You did not mention a tune. You need a split second afc

Is the AFC a Narrowband Or Wideband? Narrowband's WONT WORK.
the JoeP boost controller isnt bad.
But disconnected Swaybar? WHY??

Ill be running a GT3071R on stock tune (just seeing if i can pass emissions that way MUAHAHAHAH, Sam said there shouldent be a issue!)

Where in virginia are you? If you are in VB was it a short white guy you bought the car from?

there is no tune on it what so ever.. i bought it from a short dude out in bmore. i live in northern va. i just heard that 10psi has been tearing up engines.

sway bar links were disconnected when i bought it. he said when he lowered it they kept popping off.

i had to replace those springs w/ coils just recently

ive already put 700 in parts on the car so.. might as well do everything else
