Spool exhaust question

I was bought my new MSP and paid only $16k!! I know this car has some issues, but I am very happy with it, specially after paying only $16k for it. I am already thinking of doing some mods and spend the money I saved.
I thing I regret is that I told the dealer to do the flash. They even asked me when I bought the car so I told them to go ahead and do it.
Ok, back to the question. Does the spool exhaust hva a resonator? I visited their site and it does not look like it does. I want a bigger exhaust, but not one that is too loud. I know some people prefer not to have a resonator, but I do. As far as perfromance, the resonator is not restrictive at all so it will not affect HP. Also, how many HP would I get from just a catback exhaust? I know people are going to tell me a turbo back is better, but I do not want to mess with the emissions since my car is a daily driver.
I also called Magnaflow and they said their catback is only 2.25". so that's why I narrowed it down to Spool.
What't the size of the stock eahaust? The dealer said it is Racing Beat and 2.25" so why would Magnaflow offer the same size cat back? Thanks

no the spool exhaust does not have a resonator. i dont think its to loud.

the stock piping is smaller than 2.25". more like 2". i'll measure it tomorrow when i get home. spool's exhaust shouldn't be loud at all. the turbo quiets the exhaust down a lot so you really won't need a resonator. i have 3" piping with a 5zigen muffler which should be louder than spool's hks system but mine isn't loud at all and i have no resonators.

Does the Spool exhaust remove the second cat? I know it's a catback, but from the 1st or 2nd cat? I would also like to eliminate the 2nd cat. So is it possible to get 10 whp from a catback exhaust and nothing else?

the catback starts after the second cat. but when the down pipe comes out it will eliminate the second cat.

I'm very intrested in spools set-up. would like some feed back man. Hows she sound? Have any more pics? Would like to see how it looks with the car on the ground. Running a dp? hows the gains with the cat back?

its not to loud. has a nice deep sound. sorry i have way to record sound. gains will be better with down pipe. as far as i know the dp is not out yet.

you having any clearance issues prospeed? from the photo it looks like the muffler hangs a little low (scratch)

i have no clearance issues. and that is actually not the way it is anymore. the pipe welded to muffler was wrong so i sent the muffler back and now its sits to the right and maybe allittle higher.
