MSP Wheels with 215/45/17

:
2002 P5
I know this has been discussed a million times. But, I can get these wheels pretty cheap with new tires. I have a P5 with the Eibach Pro kit and it just seems like these would look like truck tires. Does it really look okay with this tire size?

i have 215/45/17 and sh*t looks nice no need to lower my car there is not really much of a gap i think it looks sweet :)

i have 215 45 17 as well! i just bought them, i had 205's before and i think the 215's look nice and handle better! looks sick with my 2 inch drop!

215/40/17 is what i ran to get that lower profile, but with a alright ride.

I had that size and the ride was still too rough for me. I'm getting old.

I'm running 215/40/17's also on my MSP wheels so the circumference most closely match the OEM P5 tires to not throw off the speedo.

215-40-17 is right on the money for the factory diameter. A 45 series will be 0.9" taller.

I just installed some 215 40 17's (cheapo Nankang clearance priced tires from Discount Tire Direct) on MB Mesh X wheels. Ride is a little jiggly at 35 psi. I might drop a few pounds to smooth it out.

I actually drove an almost 100 mile stretch on the interstate last weekend and the odometer didn't gain or lose a tenth over the distance against the mile markers. Blew my mind. Never had a car with the odometer THAT accurate before.

Attached are some pics. Stock suspension.

I know those were the right size. I just didn't want to run too low of pressure and risk bending a wheel. I guess I'll try the 45s and see if they look like truck tires. If so, they will be on here for sell.

Well, I bought them. I'm still not 100% sure I like them.
