MGT's Blendmount for Dashhawk install

eh, not that you would really need to take it off all the time anyway, just once in a while to change the set up or refresh the programming when needed.

Here's some detail on the mount, won't be installed until Monday or Tuesday now since the car STILL isn't finished:

Mounted it tonight after I got my car back, but here's a few things:

1 - I ended up mounting it under the RVM. There wasn't enough clearance to put it above.

2 - Be careful when tucking the cables along the A-pillar. You can see the airbags if you look behind the trim.

3 - It's not a cut and dry install. Take the time to adjust everything to your liking, then tighten it down. You'll be much happier that way.

I'll post pics later tonight.

Just this crappy cell phone pic, I'll take more Sat. when I do some more work on the car.

Doesn't bother me. Yes, it blocks some of the view, but not enough to miss something. I like being able to look right up and see everything without really leaving the view of the road.

I have mine angled just to the left, so that everything is driver-oriented. I did notice that my 6-parameter screen is a bit tough to read, so I went back to a 3 or 4 parameter screen instead. Nighttime reading is fantastic with it moved up to the RVM now.
