Hi at all,

my name is Holger frm Germany. From North of the Country.

Hopeful that my CX7 will arrive next month (rockon). I've would sell my Toyota Corolla Verso and would like to order an new one, but last thursday is saw this great car and ordered it on saturday. So, by the time i'm waiting for it, already looking the whole weekend for new wheels and any other tuning parts and ideas about tune up the car. But the car is brandnew in Germany, so their no parts available, no pictures, no ideas ... no owner (sad1)...only me. we've got two german mazda boards, but there is no reply.

And now i'm here. thx (google)

I've got already read a lot here, looking at the pictures, very nice rims, and got many ideas.

If i write any silly stuff ... sry about that ... i'm german and i like sauerkraut(rofl2)


And the badest latest news from germany - in near future there will be a speedlimit on all our highways. In german we call it "Autobahn"

So, this was my first post in english. Hope you know what i mean

still there is no speedlimit. so, you must visit germany in near time. (lol2)

but serious, we've got so high traffic that's there no chance to give speed. and so many trucks(argh)

there was a report in tv of japanese speed tourists. they rented a lot of cars (s600, a8, 760i etc) and tried to race on Highway A7. High frequently traffic every time. No way. And a lot lot of money for the rent (jerkit). s*** happens

CX-7 Is very nice, I have nice Sub Woofer set up in Mine. People can feel my CX-7 before I arrive, 1 whole NYC block. Enjoy and ask for help whenever.

Hi there! I too am originally from Northern Germany near Kuxhaven. I wouldn't worry too much about speed limits being imposed - at least not while chancellor Merkel is in office - she is very much against it!!

That's the best part...usually I go back every couple of years to visit friends in Munich where I last lived but I always drive up from Munich back to my home town and from there to see the last couple friends I have in Hamburg. I love the drive all the way up.

na wie geht's euch den in DE?

Naja hab einfach den Thread gelesen und wollte mal kurz Hallo sagen. Hatten 9 Jahre in DE gelebt und jetzt sind wir in Austin,Texas. Keine Sorge um das Tempo limit. Sollte es in Kraft tretten dann werden die(Politiker) die krftigen Audis, BMWs, Mercedes selber fahren und solange Angi da ist lauft ja sowieso nix.

OK Sorry for the german intro. Since 3 minutes and 40 second i enter the mycx7.com forum.

So call me US_CX_7. So Since one week "US_CX_7" found out this forum and take the time to digg here. It's pretty cool and bunch of infos for CX7 owner.

For 2 weeks I was looking for a pre owned car. I went to Mazda (roger beasley) in Austin. Like fast cars(first), (I lived 9 years in Germany) and found a mazda_3 with leather seats and the Bose sound system. The day we went to buy + pick up the car we found the car small (have a 2 year old soon). And , and , and , ..... , ...., ....., ........, ......................,

The Dealer take us to a brand new CX_7, a Grand Touring, AWD for 28,600 $. Now the deal: He said If the mazda_3 is small for you take the CX_7 and receive 5000 OFF on the CX_7.(boom05)(crazy). Two days later we took the car home(Das Auto steht jetzt vor der Tr !).

It's a dream car how it's drive, you can speed up like some powerfull german cars, pretty nice interiour(Black leather seats + wrapped steering wheel).

The only think I'm missing is to connect my Ipod Nano 4 GB to the Bose sound system(Oh it sounds ZOOM-ZOOM) but i need more powerfull sound(for less money) than what Bose can make right now.

NOTE:
1)- EVERY CX_7 OWNER CAN BRING HIS CAR TO MAZDA FOR A QUALITY RECALL: MAZDA WILL REMOVE THE DELAY ON THE CAR(YOU HAVE THE DELAY ON EVERY CX-7) FOR FREE. YOU CAN FEEL IT WHEN YOU SPEED UP KICKLY THE CAR NEED A LITTLE TIME TO FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTION.

2)- Don't forget to use premium gaz and let your engine cool down 2 minutes before turning it off(Just if you wan to drive your car for a long time -).


My Dealer proposed it to me after i have buy the car within the 7 days after they deliver the car. You have to take the decision if you wan the car(default with the delay) or you wan mazda to remove it. They did it for free and right now i can to speed up no when i wan withou delay. It pretty nice.

But how can i get i fix cheaper to connect my Ipod to the sound system cheaper. Mazda wan 150$ and 200$ for install and for so much you can read the songs tittle on the display?? Just creasy!

Sorry for my english i hope you can follow me. French native speaker + 9 years german = broken written english.

Hi Holgi and welcome...only thing I can say is I am half German(American maiden name was Ginter...from Germany it was Von Gunthert or something)Don't know if that makes any sense? LOVE THOSE RIMS! I can't wait to see those on...I was thinking about ones just like that! Please share when you take pics of them on!! Enjoy racing around without a speed limit for awhile longer!!
