Need help with CAI

First if I posted this in the wrong section please forgive me, this is my first actual post.

Here's my scenario, I am looking into doing some mods to my 02 Pro, LX. Nothing big, just maybe an intake, exhaust for now. Problem is that there are so many brands out now. Injen, AEM, Simota, Cosmo, K&N and GOD knows how many more.

I know the rule of thumb is you get what you pay for, but is there really a difference between them?

Protephile, I am really think on it, I just wanted to get some input. The obvious that someone is gonna say what they have, wether its Injen, AEM, SIMOTA, etc.
