Im looking to purchase a 2006 Ford F-150 Supercrew Truck tomorrow during the After Thanksgiving Year End Sale, that all Planet Ford dealers are having down here in Houston. I currently get the Ford X-Plan with my job, and from what ive seen and have been told i get Invoice Price + All Incentives and Rebates. And there are $7,000 Rebates as of right now with Ford Trucks. So heres what im looking at in the paper....

$12,000 Off Every Trunk in Stock which includes SuperCabs, SuperCrews, Etc.

1 Day Sale Break Down: $7,000 Rebate + $3765 Planet Ford Discount + $1235 Option Package Discount

My question to you guys are.....what will i be expecting when i roll into the dealer and have my X-plan Pin in-hand and asking for all those discounts?? Will they give me bulls*** and try and trick for pricing so i dont get a HUGE discount and walk away "stealing" a truck?? Im not sure what that $1235 Package Discount is, but really doesnt concern me at the moment. Its the $10,765 Rebate/Discount that entices me, along with my X-Plan.

The truck i had made online with my options brings the truck down to $31,000 at Invoice. So include the $10k+ break, and im looking at a nicely equipped SuperCrew truck at around $21,000! w/o TT&L. If theres something i should look out for, hook me up asap!! And no, my Mazdaspeed is staying with me :D

Thanx, Charles

**** no. She'd like something larger to have Preston and Kobi in....and Mazda is ghey with there pricing with the Speed6 and Cx-7. So ima get her a nicely equipped SuperCrew to roll in, and at the same time get me something id like to drive around in when im tired of the speed. Feel me yo??

We'll see what happens though, not sure if i have good enough credit yet to have 2 cars financed in my name.

you know, with ford x-plan pricing you qualify for Mazda S-plan pricing (basically invoice on any mazda) and on top of that theres about 4k rebates on the Speed6, not sure exactly what the CX-7 is doing in your area so I dont know how they are about pricing on one, but youd still get basically invoice.

I used to sell Mazda/Lincoln/Mercury and when I was selling, if someone came in with a Pin number that was great news. For one, it ment that you were ready to buy today, and two, you already get the best deal. With the X-Plan or any other plan they have to show you the invoice when you buy the car. They are not aloud to mess with the price of it at all or they could loose their employee pricing rights from ford. Those bring in HUUUGE money and a lot of business for the dealership. As for the rebates, the dealer doesn't care about those because they will get re-imbursed by Ford for them. You should be good to go man...post some pictures when you get it.

I don't think thats correct...i maybe be wrong but I believe that if you get X-Plan for Ford that's also what you get for Mazda. I remember seeing the X-Plan price on Mazda invoices when I was still selling.

there is no A, X, Z or any other letter pricing for mazda.

Mazdas plan pricing is called S-Plan, but you are right in that it lists that price right on the invoice.

I litterally just sold a Speed6 from a Ford X plan.

Looked at the Ford Lariat SuperCrew, but wasnt in the price range we wanted after looking at a few dealers......and talked to most of the Mazda Dealers in the Houston area. AFter deciding on the CX-7 and Mazdaspeed 6, we talked 3 dealers down on the Mazdaspeed 6 Grand Touring with Moonroof / Bose Package & All black leather. Got all to $26,668 w/ TT&L.....

But after all the negotiating, we ended up finding something else.....2006 Chrysler 300 Touring. Im happy with the decision, but still getting used to.....i dont feel right driving this car for some reason, but i like it. Ill post pics this weekend.

I don't know what kind of rebates they were talking about in your newspaper but for the whole month of November the rebates on 2006 F150's was $4500 and the rebate on 2007's was $4000. I too get the S-plan from Mazda (Factory racer) and was able to get an X-plan PIN for the Ford but ended up not needing it as I was able to get the dealer to go invoice anyway....

I took the deal on a 2007 Lariat F150 with the FX4 package added on...picked it up on 11-18-06...I love it!!!!
