Dif between 03 and 03.5 msp bumper

well i have an 03 ES with a wings west kit, which i think im really tired of, and i would love to get the 03.5 kit instead. but i called protege garage and they said that the dif is that the 03.5 has a lip. well to me they dont look the same, where the fog lights go, on the 03.5 its looks smaller than the mp3. and i see that it has a dif desing around it aswell. im really confused!!! can some one please clear this out for me??? and if so, where can i find the 03.5 bumper from?? thank you in advanced!!!

Dude, the 03.5 is just an 03 with a lip kit on it. the lip kit removes the factory fogs. it fits right over the stock 03 p5/mp3 bumper

ive been looking hard at the 03.5 bumper and i dont see a lip there. thats why im so confused. on other cars its a bit obvious. but i just dont see it, thats why i cant believe it.

Yup. It's all just a lip and then two little grilles that go where the foglights were.
