What lights are these and how?

how do u get your lights like that cause imo i think it looks pretty tight. how much would it cost to do something like that and whose car is that anyway???

i think they are stock tails....xcept that they are painted and have a piece of vinyl matching car.....

actually, i think those are 'red' altezzas with an orange vinyl strip on the bottom...............they are definitely not stock, stock lights have the white strip across the middle-those dont.

i dont know how they did it, but it is definatley custom. and if im not mistaken, that is the ballistic protege

It looks like he just painted over the tail lights. I've seen a couple of 6th gen. civic hatches that did that with the upper portion of the tail light. Overall it's a nice looking car, but i don't like how he/she painted straight over the emblems...
