About a week after gettin' all my CF stuff, I finally got the time to have the hood, grill, and mirror covers put on. The hood is Gemini Composites reverse-cowl CF, and the grill and mirror covers are DG Motorsports CF.

I also have a set of the old style DG Motorsports CF eyelids, but I have t'hold off installing them till I deal with some inspection s***.

Also note that fitment of everything isn't QUITE complete. I'm not gonna go psycho with that until I put the eyelids on. But as they are, I think the pieces are sitting pretty nicely.

Let me know what you think! :D

.. And my dad and I discovered something .. uh, interesting while pulling my car up the driveway in Philly.

My driveway is very steep, so I have to enter the driveway at an angle to keep from scraping the front lip and bangin' my muffler in back. When I was pulling up, the car felt .. well, wobbly. And I discovered why.

Apparently, the combination of the extremely stiff chassis and new Tein S-Tech springs now lift my back right tire COMPLETELY off the ground (as in a good five inches) as I go up my driveway. It's actually rather hilarious to watch.

looks great Cindy! Can't wait to finally get some $$ to pay off my RC hood as well!!

hahaha, my car does that at this bank i go to. it's a bank of america on harbison. i never knew it did it until i had a friend following me one day and got out of his car laughing his ass off. i didn't know what the hell his problem was and he told me that my wheel came off the ground! Three-wheelin the MSP! WERD!

LOL, for real .. You should be in the car when it's actually on three wheels, the poor bastard is bouncin' from third wheel to third wheel. It's actually kinda disturbing -- but in a hysterical way, haha.

And yeah, I do have eyelids .. just not putting 'em on yet. And I'd love a splitter, but nobody makes one that works with the 03.5 lip -- and I WILL NOT get rid of my lip.

Daaaaaamn, sista' got an ILL MSP!!! Nice work...and I usually don't like CF. In fact, I am so in love with the stock appearance of my Titanium, I usually hate ANY cosmetic work done to one...but I have to admit, that looks bad-ass. Question...have you been pulled over for your tints much? I was thinking of getting tints, but don't want cop issues...much like front liscense plate removal (in CT at least)....arg.

Heh, thanks. :D

As far as my tint .. eeh. Well. I've never gotten pulled over SPECIFICALLY for my tint. I've gotten pulled over for other stuff, and then cops have made comments on my tint, but I've never had anything happen to me because of the tint alone.

All in all, though .. Don't go as dark as I did. I'd stick with a nice 25% or so.

i'm pretty sure the rear is being lifted by the rear sway bar, mine didn't do it until i put the awr bar, now it does all the time :)

btw, car looks amazing

looks nice chica. so did you take off the cover? lemme know how it goes when you put it on if it falls off. Mine has been on for about 3 weeks and hasn't fallen off yet.

also, lol on the rear tire comming off. Mine does that too, but only since I've put on my AWR rear swaybar. I be 3-wheelin up the driveway. feels funny. lol

hows the fitment on that gemini hood bro, im so jealous.
Fitment is absolutely amazing .. I had to lift up the 'windshield' end a bit, but other than that, little to no adjustment needed. Latch clicked right in, perfect line along the top of the grill, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Oh, and BTW -- I'm a female. ;)

Thanks for compliment, JCell .. Just looked at the pics of your ride, car's lookin' VERY smooth. Can't wait to see it with some CF!

And Vin' -- I haven't had the cover on yet. No need to. Weather's been gorgeous, not a cloud in the sky. I did, however, drill a hole in the vent cover to let the water out whenever I do put it on for rain. As your looking at my MSP, standing in front of it, I drilled the hole to the right -- so that the water will empty out in that vacant area around the CAI piping. I'm only gonna do that tubing idea if absolutely needed; hopefully I drilled the hole in the cover in a good enough spot! I'll let you know how it works out. :D

.. Thanks for the comments, everyone!

it's gemini and you can get it from them or from steetunit. I believe it is a little cheaper from **********. the gb where most of us got these hoods from is over
