Need Paint Code for Black 02 P5's

hey guys do you know what the paint code for the 2002 black P5's are? I searched and I think it's 16w can someone confirm this oh and I want the black paint that is on the regular pros not on the MSP's since I don't like the metallic glitter look.

I know my touch up paint from the dealership says 16W...so I am assuming that is it...But that might not mean anything to a body shop, there could be a different universal code or something...

But I don't know what you are talking about with the glitter thing...the MSP and P5 black was only black mica...its the same paint on both cars...and it is glittery on both...I didn't think there was any jet black or non-metallic black available on any third gen protege...

its all the same, black mica. and the paint code does matter to the body shop.

Oh I thought that only the MSP's have the metallic flake. The reason I ask is because I'am going to get my headlights painted and I want to know how the black will come out.

so yellow p5's do not have a clearcoat?...thats nuts...I am positive black does...as that thread points out...but you can go to Autopia, and read about most Japanese manufacturers getting all kinds of tax breaks in their country for using extremely environmentally safe painting procedures...and most cars from there end up being extremely easy to scratch, chip, nick, etc...

Just wanted to thank you guys and let you know that I got my headlights painted at the bodyshop and they came out ******* amazing now I need H.I.D's anyways I will definitely post pics up tomorrow. I'am also going to install my Bluebatmobile smoked foglight overlays soon as it get nicer since it's been raining like everyday, my whole front end is going to have a dark sinster look since I already niteshaded my sidemarkers I just hope I don't get stopped by cops.
