Poly bushing squeaking

The poly bushings on my rear swaybar a sqeaking like crazy now that it has gotten cold again. They are well lubes with the stuf sent with them. Anyone else have this problem?

I think my problem may be the metal stops built in the swaybar to prevent side-to-side movement (kind of like Mazda does on the factory bar with that camped on rubber next to the bushings).

I used Lithium grease on mine about 6 months ago, and I have never heard a peep. I do sometimes hear the AWR endinks speak up a bit though...

Dielectric grease (the stuff you put in spark plug boots). I've used it before so I tried it on the P5 and it did the job... Ii is totally waterproff and lasts a long time. Energy suspension, etc. use the same stuff, but charge a whole lot more.

Just DO NOT use silicone grease, that makes it 10 times louder.. The best stuff I found was synthetic brake lube from sta-lube

The clear/white stuff? it's the same thing. And guess what? It is silicone based. Just don't use spray silicone lubricant.

Lithium grease was like $2 at Napa. It is still quiet after 6 months. If I have to lube it one every 6 months, that is fine, but so far so good...

I put some clear silicon lube on mine and it was horribly loud. The stuff I used was black real thick black grease.

the bar came with some white stuff in a little tube. i think it's energy suspension stuff i gotta look at it again tonite. (didn't get to install the bar -- but I had time to spray paint it laser blue. i'll snap some install pics one of these days.

thanks again for the info
