I decided to pull the plugs today just to get a look at them. I'm not real well versed in this, but they look to me like they have some carbon build up. I'm wondering what your ideas are as to what is causing this. Here's the list of mods:

Flashed
Injen CAI
JoeP MBC at 10psi
NGK bk7re
Run on 93octane from day one

They look normal for an MSP. The carbon comes from running rich, which all untuned MSP's do. Mine look just like that. As long as you don't have any damage to them, or tiny white spots, you are OK. Also, look out for intense brown glazing. All of those mean that you are running lean and way too hot.

You are running a colder plug, which may cause a slightly richer condition, too. Sometimes colder plugs don't completely burn the fuel, specially if you don't run at the higher boost a lot.

I've been running 10psi since I put the plugs in. The car seems to be running fine, just curious if everyone elses plugs looked like this.

Yeah, they don't look bad to me. Mine looked like that when I last replaced them, and that was with the car running sickly pig rich while working the bugs out of tuning.

I'm not actually sure what we're supposed to be looking at on the plugs. The only thing I can judge is that your not running the correct heat range. Apparently no one ever taught you how to read plugs?
