Have to share with you my new toy

I am so excited, that I just have to share with you about my new toy finally running good. It took months to have it running to the level I really wanted.

It is an Acura RSX type S which has been turbocharged and it is the hardest engine to tune so far for me, but thanks to the Haltech E6X it running very good.

The car is making 505.4 WHP and 430 lbs of torque and 11.7 sec at the 1/4 mile.

The engine has crower rods, JE 8.5 to 1 CR, Drag Competition Manifold and intercooler, Haltech E6X, 255 Walbro fuel pump, 75 Lbs RC injectors, and some other mods.

I know this is not a Mazda, but I have to share with this comunity that has been very pretty good for us.

Here are some pictures:

My new project is a Mazda3 which is in process of making a turbo kit alraedy.

Yeah, the E6X is doing a lot better than the Hondata and e-manage. I can control the V TEC as well as many other sophisticated cam timing features in these engines.

It is running 15 psi daily and 22 at the track. The dyno was at 22 and the bumps on the dyno results are the boost limiter I had set at 1.5 Bar. I am putting a larger GT35R as the GT30R is maxed out.

I just noticed you are going for a new larger turbo. I hope it does good. We are going the same way on a new setup for the MSP. A brand new 4 into 1 manifold that will take the GT30R with a cast 2.5 ID downpipe and 38 mm Tial wastegate. I will be in our P5 soon and available to the MSP owners by the end of October. It will be a kit with internals, Haltech E6X and large 50 Lb injectors.

u can use my car to test the kit (humpleg)

Wow! 500whp not enough for ya huh?:D That is freakin fast. Are you gonna market that kit for the Honda crowd?

thats some great numbers. thats a whole lot better then hondata. what will the price be on the new msp turbo setup?

I went to bat for you Juan on the clubrsx.com forums.
Oh yes Linux thank you. I don't care what they say or think. On that case it is not for business, so they are the ones who don't want to take my advise, I just want to share with them all I had to go thru to have it run good. All the fuel system has to be upgraded. The fuel pump, fuel lines, make new return line, install a regulator, larger injectors, Haltech E6X plus the regular stuff on a turbo engine. Plus those engines are 11:1 compression. You can imagine how much time and money it takes to get it right.

good tuning is simply just good tuning...in case of Juan...its great tunning.

WOW.... those are crazy numbers.

Is that RSX kit in production? If so...I can easily help spread the word here in Toronto.

wow big turbo up in there. i like acuras more than hondas for some reason. 11s must be scary!
This statement was funny to me! In the US, there is the distinction, but in Japan they are one in the same.
