Description/Etc. Feel free to edit.
Thanks for checking out my 2001 Mazda MP3. Since getting it from my dad in February 2003, I have pretty much dumped most my money into it. Foolish thing to do, perhaps, but me and my family are huge Mazda "fans" We own 5 Proteges (three of them 1.6l, one mp3, and a mazdaspeed), and one 10th Anniversary Miata. We believe in Proteges because of their day in and day out reliability. No domestic we've owned has been as good as a Mazda. However, the power Mazda gives the Protege is not enough. I was set out to make the MP3 a faster car. It already handles like a super sports car, but I just need some more power than the doggish 140hp. After a brief "run in" with nitrous oxide and a blown motor (that I had researched for weeks(, I decided that forced induction would be better. After reading and researching companies with kits for the Protege, I learned about a recent new comer- Mental Addiction Motorsports. I saw what Beau's kit included and inquired about it. Low and behold after conversing with Beau for a few days, I gave him a proposal, and am now sponsored by MAM. I will sporting a Street Sleeper kit, and will be upgrading to MAM's latest Protege offerings (fuel rail, etc). I look forward to the relationship with MAM. Beau has always been easy to contact, willing to answer questions, and runs a tight ship. I am now also a Mental Addiction Rep. If you have ANY questions or would like to order, or would like special pricing, contact me.
