Funny you say your exhaust got louder. I thought I was losing my mind when mine got quieter when I went from a SU MM to the CS Inserts. BTW the CS Inserts are awesome. No extra vibes. Good luck finding them shipped for $30.00 to $35.00. Can't even get them straight from CS for that price.

I just installed a Forge BPV I got from SU. Mine had the yellow spring already installed and also had no instructions. Checking the Forge website I saw the unit was already configured for the car (stock I assume). Any real advantage to going to the stiffer blue spring? I see most on this board...
