I burn to CD-R's all the time using iTunes and haven't had a problem yet, but I've had some issue using CDRW's, maybe it's Nero botching the conversion when it records the cd.

I was offered 10.5 for my '03 w/ 45k miles on it. Might just be my area but hey I wasn't about to argue with the guy.:) Edit: I was a private sell though, I don't think any dealer would give that much for my P5.
