    Sure. Exhaust wrap works too in certain spots. Mine was rotting in a places that couldn't easily be wrapped due flange, hanger, or bung. Thought about high temp epoxy too.

    The only thing I recall beeping is when you leave the parking brake on. Perhaps you have the ebrake shoes not completely releasing?

    He did a pretty good job. I think we either went with larger piping or stainless as an upgrade. Ultimately with the bearing issues, driveshaft joint issue, main seal issue, leaking 2nd transfer case, and some other items, I sold the CX-9. Miss it sometimes though.

    Agreed. Likely an alignment problem. Leaky struts possible, but not so much. I'd say ask dealer to verify defect and if so, replace under warranty. Then pay for an alignment from them.
