Chad: I was specifically referencing the issue that you were having. Sorry that was not clearer. Trust me, though, it gets more and more frequent the longer you have the stereo. It happens to me once every 4-6 weeks, I just havent taken it in yet to replace it.

I have had the same issue with my Mazda5 and was told that this issue must be fixed by completely replacing the stereo at a dealership.
