My car has no balls. It has 50k on it and when in fifth i put it to the floor and nothing happens lol. Rpms barely move, speedometer barely moves. What gives?

Hey new to the forum, just bought a 07 mazda 3, stick, 50,000kms. Just took it out for a boot, jumped on it in fifth annnnnnnnnnd nothin. No jump in rpms or speed. WTF? It accelerates and the rpm go up, slowly. Wondering if their is some "safety" thing on it or whats going on. Thanks for the...
