Looks like i have the same issue, few month after bushings was replaced the noise from rear side coming back. Right now it is not so loudly as was before, but it slowly getting stronger. looks like they are replacing one crap by other.

My Mazda5 VIN does not match to VIN stated in this TSB, but week ago my front rotors was replaced on Mazda expenses ($0). So, if you will complain (and "raise a stink" is important part here!) - they will do it, if not - they will save money on you :)

Yes, im keeping it on maximum. When i adjusting it to lower level it becams very insensitive and delays between wipes a huge. Sure, i know that i should be clean because the rain sensor detects water on windshield using IR reflection. So, not a question. It is not a first time that i'm fiting...

Sometimes it stops working for 20-30 sec. without any reason, and sometimes it starts to move like a crazy even if rain is over. i have to manually switch it OFF and than back to AUTO to stop them.

Yea, in my case it is also not all the time. Sometims yes, sometimes no. In normal driving it shifts smoothly, without any problem... I read in some forums that people changes ATX oil in Mazda5 for every 30k. Maybe i also have to flush. The only worries that the oil is not in red color, but...
