Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Physical & Motor -> Incoming Calls -> Set to "Headset" It works for me! but dont forget to unpair your device then pair it again, after that restat your iphone5, now it works both for incoming and outgoing, please try it guys!

same problem with me, it works for outgoing call, but when I answer incoming call with steering wheel there's no audio, any solution?

I just join this forum, please to meet you all :) btw, I installed the 5000k version of philips 42402 CX replacing the OEM from Mazda (Osram Xenarc 4200K). My CX5 is AFS version, the AFS works fine, and for the hi beam works fine also.
