Hey guys, my car is dead and I believe it is either the starter or the starter relay. There is no clicking, no sounds at all....when I turn the ignition. Electronics work fine and battery tested good, so I know its not that nor the ignition. We've had a lot of flooding here and I almost stalled...

Thats what mine did... Yup, thats exactly what mine would do. When it got wet or really cold outside it made it really bad, and the more I pushed the gas the louder it would squeal until it finally caught. Didn't have the problem at higher speeds though. Here's what it was. The belt that runs...
