i did this using plate aluminum (around 20 guage) seems to work fine. any gains are pretty miniscule, but whatever, i think its cool 8)

alternatively the local auto parts store usually has various hoses (usually labeled fuel lines or vacuum lines) that can work.

not entirely sure. i know for sure on 2 seater cars it can be done. i would assume if you can prove you need it done b'c of 3 kids they may allow it as well.

just looking to pick one of these. looking for well working but used, with decently low miles (undet 40k) on the cheap. let me know, aftermarket or OEM fine.
