2010 Mazda 3 - Window Tint done only Im looking a lowering but anyone know of a good kit? also would need specs on new rims and low pros? any ideas?

2010 Mazda 3 Im looking at tossing some black rims on it but am debating on lowering it then getting rims that will fit the wheel wells, or do i just buy a bigger rim from the start with no lowering..... Suggestions?
