    Anyone have a CX-7 with 200k miles?

Heck yeah! Glad to see one made it. We miss the CX-7. The Prius still hasn't had a single issue at 104k miles but it lacks the fun factor of the 2.3

    Anyone have a CX-7 with 200k miles?

Update: 100k miles on the Prius and no issues at all. Even has original brake pads. Anyone ever hit 200k on the Cx7?

Can I make my CX-7 reliable?

Yep, I trade in my wife*s CX-7 3 years ago for a new Prius. We both miss the Mazda a lot. That car was awesome when it wasn*t in the shop. The Prius is reliable to a fault and dirt cheap to own. Total opposites

Well folks, just traded mine in. 107,000 miles and never had the turbo or vvt issues however, Failed motor mount Failed rear wheel bearings shocks and LCAs A few grand into the rear suspension alone in the last couple years and I had had enough. 4 left rear shocks in 20k miles

Hey guys, So last year my local shop replaced both rear wheel bearings and shocks. 5k miles later when I changed the oil I noticed the left rear shock leaking. The shop replaced it again. 5k miles later I developed a creaking sound from the left rear. I changed the oil and inspected the shock...

    Anyone have a CX-7 with 200k miles?

I've had zero turbo issues and no prove at all with vvt. We bought the car at 54k and have over 80k on it now. I've replaced a motor mount, rear shocks, rear wheel bearings, and had the tranny flushed (was filthy). It hasn't been a Toyota or Honda in terms of reliability but it is a nice ride.

    PLEASE help or give input!!!!!

Rear wheel bearing and shocks recently went out on my wife's 2010. A couple weeks ago it started making a creaking sound coming from the left rear. Not sure what your problem is but please keep me posted when you find out. These forums are pretty dead unfortunately

    60K service gone poorly

Thanks, that helps a bit. I never go over 5k between changes and always use full synthetic

    60K service gone poorly

UPDATE: Took her to the dealership for the 75k service. They found a collapsed motor mount!?!? I like this car but I'm quickly losing patience. I'm already spending $262 for the 75k service plus another $203 for the mount.

Timing chain went - blown motor - other choices in replacement?

Hi Jennifer. How many miles did you have on her? Did the car vibrate on start up prior to the chain snapping? Any warning indicators?

End of warranty on 2007 CX-7. Should I replace the timing chain or wait?

Excellent question. My 2010 has 75k and none of the common issues either. I look forward to what people have to say regarding this

    Anyone have a CX-7 with 200k miles?

Sticka do you have the 2.5 or 2.3? My mechanic told me the other day (his words) that while Mazdas may not be as forgiving as Hondas or toyotas that if you change synthetic oil every 5,000 you shouldn't have any major issues. Hoping he's right!

    Anyone have a CX-7 with 200k miles?

My wife and I own a 2010 turbo with no engine trouble after 70,000 miles. I am curious as to how long this car is going to last us. I am really hoping to get another five years out of it I was wondering if anyone here has a CX-7 with 200,000 miles on the original motor? We never miss major...
