    Got Good Trade-In Price

The flames I drew by posting what I believed might be a helpful topic are one thing I definitely will not miss on this site. I feel nothing but pity for those who feel the need to build themselves up by tearing others down. The MAZDASPEED is a fine vehicle. So is the Bonneville (which...

    Got Good Trade-In Price

Traded my MAZDASPEED earlier this week on a new '03 Bonneville SSEi. Because of the way the deal was structured (internet deal with price of Pontiac set first before a trade was mentioned), there is no doubt as to the true trade-in price received. A Buick-Pontiac-GMC Truck dealer in southern...

    Who has the fewest miles?

Awww...thanks for your concern but the car is special and does get the preferred spot in the garage. Truth to tell, I have too many vehicles so it is hard to put very many miles on any of them.

    Who has the fewest miles?

Mine has been driven 734 miles. Pretty much pleasure use only. It sits in the garage most all the time.

    buying a 03.7

I take it that what you are trying to say is that a bank will only loan up to 100% of the value of the vehicle. While that is true for some lenders, it is NOT a universal rule, and the amount that can be borrowed against a vehicle strongly hinges on one's credit. In 12/02 I bought a Chevy...

    Anyone raced a MR2 turbo?

MR2 turbos were rated, I believe, at 200 hp and they do scoot. My '91 is NA (only 130 hp) and is plenty peppy with the 5 speed. The MSP has forced it out of its garage space and it will go on the block in a month or so.

Only 6.9% of all MSP's are registered here..let's get the rest!

In fact, 6.9% is a tremendously large percentage although, granted, the total number of owners is not all that great. I have yet to see another on the street anywhere anytime.

    Mazdaspeed windshield banner....

Mine came with one (slightly crooked) on it. The dealership had put that decal on all of their MSPs. First thing I did when I got home was remove it and the car looked 100% better. It was amazing how a series of big letters wadded up into a very small ball in my hand, lol.

New MSP Owner - Questions - WARNING: Newbie alert!

brianseto, it sounds as though you paid $18,500 after the rebate - is that correct? There should be no price difference between an '03 and an 03.5 (except that the former stickered for $500 less than the latter). Any dealer who claims one is limited production and the other is not, is just...

    Dead MSP

Glad to see you were able to walk away from the crash. Cars are easy to replace. If you want another one, get on Mazda's website and plug in different zip codes to search dealer stocks in various areas. The last time I looked there were only a few yellow ones left in Ohio.

    Insurance Question...

Jez, you made my night - I pay that for 6 cars and 2 drivers.

    Calling all MSP owners.

Re: Re: Calling all MSP owners. Some folks refer to the yellow and titanium cars as being a 2003.5 model and the blue and silver cars as being 2003.7 or (as here) 2003.75. For parts purposes, all are properly considered to be 2003.5.

Did this belong to an MSP'er here?

It means you can drive it around his lot. I agree with ForceFed that the damage does not appear to be too bad. Apparently the owner feels the same as the "buy now" price is $11,900.

Overall Happiness with the 03.5 MSP

Price will depend on where you are shopping. I purchased a new silver MSP in Toledo, Ohio, 4 weeks ago for a shade over $16,000. Could have bought a yellow one from a store in Fostoria, Ohio, for less than $16,000 that same day.

Whats the Trade in Value of MSP?

MrDiggler, you paid $16,900 for a used one this week? You have indeed made my day - bought mine new (with 15 miles on the clock) 4 weeks ago today for a shade over $16,000. Guess mine has gone up in value already!
