Water doesn't enter the hatch when the car is sitting still unless it is directed in at an angle like in the video. It does enter when you are driving in the rain.

I got my firmware updated today. The dealer (Koons) said I was their first one. I had a 10am appointment and decided to wait. I got out of there at 1:30! The service rep came out at 12:30 and told me they had downloaded the update and tried to install it twice but it wouldn't take. Very weird...
