If you open a service record with the dealer before your warranty runs out you can go back after if the problem persists. If the issue was recorded but not solved it is not repaired. I'd switch dealers for a second opinion, but don't act like your looking for a second opinion. Dealers rarely...

I have done nothing with my car, it just sits in the garage waiting for the May24 weekend to hit the streets again. Added a CS SRI&TIP and have been researching tires to put on my shadow black over hypersilver repainted rims (currently in process). Primed, not painted yet!!!

Have you experienced any clunking from the rear end under acceleration? I had Eibachs and they relaxed, causing the CV shafts to bottom out. I had about the same ride height as shown in your pics. Had to pull the springs and install OEM springs to make the issue go away.

I have replaced the coils and have had a successful test drive with no clunking, and the car is driving smoother. I had a small vibration under hard acceleration that I only really realize now that its gone. Case closed, now I need to purchase a set of 33's to go with the 4x4 look!
