I hate to bring up an old topic but has anyone ever re-wired the original pig tail? I have called every junk yard in a 100 mile radius and no Mazda 3 / 6 or Protege 5 to be seen. I have a mechanic that says he can re-wire this but I just want to make sure it can be done. Any input? Thanks
