thank you numbnuts I know that an aftermarket alarm is better. My last car was a 99 civic si and I had a Viper 791xv. I had the car for two years and I have not had any problems. yes I will be upgrading the alarm but not yet. Thanks for your response

Hey everyone. I will soon be the proud owner of a 3 hatch T or GT, I haven't decided yet. I know that every mazda has the engine imoblizer, but the GT has the anti-theft. I was wondering if the T has an alarm, and whats the difference? Also should I go for a grey T or a black GT :D
