Had an R32 for 8 months after trading in my 01 Jetta... Even though they are being made in Germany again I had many more problems with a stock car than the Jetta which was highly modded...motor mounts broke three different times, clutch problems, and the oh so popular window regulator problem...

Congrats on the new car... however-----> Had a 2001 Jetta- went through lots of problems with it... before even doing on mod on the car... finally after two clutches and two trannys later- traded it for the VW R32.... and hence the same thing had the car for seven months- 2 broken motor mounts...
