Yes I have the 2019 CX-9 Touring with Premium Package. I'm not sure how different dealerships orders their inventory but mine came with the frameless rearview mirror, leather seats (heated), OEM all weather floor mats (rubber and carpet), BOSE stereo, door iluminated entry, moonroof, and NAV.

My touring trim came with frameless rear view but you should be able to swap it out with the framed one and dealership might be able to swap one if you can deal with them.

I would expect getting all the bells and whitles included with the CX-9 Signature Trim and NAV shouldn't be an extra thing that you have to pay. We got one CX-9 Touring w/ Premium Package and the NAV was included. Though it wasn't installed only before driving the car out of the dealearship.

Thank you for the tips! I've read online that the design is quite poor specially the location of it. When it's raining the puddle drips blocks the camera view and filled it with water driplets.

Just an update...ok this is weird but the camera this morning started working again. I'm not sure what happen but started the car this morning and tested the backup camera and it's working fine. Thank you guys for replying and sharing some tricks and fixes.

Ok so not sure if anyone experienced this yet but coming home tonight the backup camera stopped working. It was working this morning and just suddenly quit working. It's raining hard tonight and not sure if water gor inside the camera or something. I can only see the warning showing watch the...

Sorry to hear and see this :( but glad you're ok and no serious injury.

Didn't do it today but drove from Washington state to San Diego California and back for the total of 2997 miles and SnowFlakeBear did amazingly great! :)(y) Also had her first snow this year.
