One of my kids jackets got stuck in the powered tailgate and the result is that it won't open anymore. I have tried with the key and operating the manual lever behind the cap in the trunk. The jacket is so firmly stuck that I cannot pull it out - any ideas on how to open the tailgate manually?

Oh yes I can believe. Asked my local dealer for a price on fitting an original radio - 2000 USD! that did include removing the existing unit..... I will look for a used one, and if they don't ship, the price difference can pay for a small weekend trip overseas..

I was given this partnumber for the original unit by my dealer TG12-66-9RX. I am also in the partially unfortunate situation that I have a 2010 CX9 (otherwise very nice car) with a cheap looking, partly working keenwood navigation head unit. It appears that this unit is sold through autorized...
