thanks man! this 'nightshade' term is new to me. is this essentially what was done to my taillights? i took it to a guy who charged me $40 a light, not bad. also how can i remove the emblem without making it look super obvious. i mean it have a circular/oval indentation around the flying M :/...

thanks for the reply. i actually went ahead and got me taillights and even that red part blacked out. heres some pics: now my next endeavor is HID lights!

anyone have any experience or information on how to do these things? i found a guy who can "smoke" out my tail lights, but is that the only way? well i also found on ebay a film DIY set which i do not want to do, requires skill, patience, and a hairdryer haha. and the legality of these things...
