They are not the same. MS3 mount is a bit larger and has a bolted on weight ballast. To get the MS3 passenger side mount to fit into my 05 MZ3 sedan I had to take off the ballast. 2x 8mm or 10mm bolts and away you go. Interesting fact is the MS3 mount that I got does not have any FoMoCo...
