Thanks for the quick reply. Could you specify which parameters of the setup I'm imagining would cause it to rub? (e.g. tires too wide, incorrect offset, etc.)
It sounds like it might be more of a hassle than it's worth...
My plan was to go with 17" wheels when my stock tires wore out for the reasons mentioned in this thread, not to mention that 17" tires are a lot cheaper than 18s. Unfortunately, I postponed my first tire rotation so long that now my local tire place will not put my front wheels on the back due...
