I already bought the tires and they seem to be working out pretty well. Then again this is my first car so I dont have a lot of experince with different sets. Just wanted to get other ppls opinions on the tire. I drive the protege LX.

I've only been driving stick for 6 months now and i figured out that by shifting at 3000 rpms I get good mpg. I usually coast when I stop and downshift when exiting the highway. What I was not sure about if the car does use more fuel when down shifting from high speeds. Also this is my first car...
